Fantastic stay with very friendly staff
The location was extremely the best ever as it is close to all activity and shopping center, also it is close to Ion MRT which connect you to all Singapore. I did not try the breakfast but I knew it is served to the room which makes it a super services for who comes for leisure.

What was the highlight of Novotel Living Singapore Orchard
A terrific choice that offers a full kitchen too.
I had no idea of any free breakfast. We purchased eggs, cereal, juice, almond milk, fruits, etc in a local supermarket and made breakfast daily in the well appointed kitchen. We were confused with the housekeeping schedule however the housekeepers were wonderful : friendly and extremely good workers in my opinion. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 14th floor which was good size and a good layout. Bathrooms were a good size with modern toilets and terrific showers. The master bedroom bathroom had a bathtub too. AC and WI-FI were excellent. We had a problem with our TV service which a friendly and very competent technician addressed for us. When I saw water leaking from the bottom freezer portion of our refrigerator, 2 very courteous and competent technicians ably fixed it for us. The property is well cared for and the location is excellent.
A better explanation of breakfast offerings and the housekeeping schedule would make sense in my opinion. Otherwise this is a well run and maintained property.
